Answer
Sorry, we do not offer credit.

Answer
Yes. Once a project has been signed off and paid in full, the client will own the product. Giving the client the right to distribute and sell their product in the way they see fit. Informatix will never expect royalties or any financial reward from the following success of the product.

Answer
Yes. Informatix holds the copyright and owns the intellectual property to the all source code we develop and produce. This rule applies to new projects or enhancements made to existing projects. We do this as many of the software engineering techniques are unique and a valuable part of our business.

If it is absolutely necessary for the customer to own exclusivity to the source code in cases such as with web based projects, where there is no distinction between source code and object code files. Then this must be formally agreed contractually in advance.

Answer
Yes. Informatix is a debt-free, profitable company and has been operating for 34 years. We ensure there is always enough staff available to accommodate our work load, while at the same time operating as an efficiently run company.

Answer
Yes. We work hard to guarantee that the work will be completed on time and within budget as specified in our quotation. Once your project has been delivered we offer a free 6 month bug fixing period relating to the work we have developed.

Answer
